Privacy

Objeto collects only the information needed to understand use of the collection, answer inquiries, prepare quotations, process approved purchases, provide delivery and support, and protect the site.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive the details you submit, including your name, email, company, project location, message, and selected pieces. We also record limited, first-party interaction events—such as a page or product view, saved piece, gallery view, and inquiry completion—along with campaign labels, referring site, page path, and a temporary random session identifier. This measurement uses no advertising cookies and records no name, email, message, full referring URL, or device fingerprint. Our hosting provider may process limited technical information such as IP address, request time, and browser information for security and reliability.

Payments

Approved payments are handled on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Objeto does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe processes payment and identity information under its own privacy terms.

How information is used

We use information to improve the collection and inquiry experience, respond, verify availability and delivery, prepare and administer orders, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Storage and retention

Inquiry, interaction, and order records are stored with access controls in the United States. We retain them only as long as reasonably needed for service improvement, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form on the Objeto home page. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.

Material updates will be reflected here with a revised effective date.
